I believe that all of us are able to awaken our truest self. I believe that the path towards our truest self is diverse and fluid. I believe that life is an opportunity to learn, grow, connect, and suffer well.
As your therapist I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solutions-Focused methods to help you discover your healthiest and happiest versions of yourself. I see myself as your guide, sojourner, co-conspirator, and resourcer as you work to discover and live into your truest self.
