As your therapist Ryan uses Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solutions-Focused methods to help you discover your healthiest and happiest self. He sees himself as your guide, sojourner, co-conspirator, and resourcer as you work to discover and live into your truest self.

He offers traditional therapy, non-religious spiritual direction, meditation instruction, and life coaching. He works with individuals, groups, families, couples, congregations, and offices. He has experience working with incarcerated populations, active duty military and their families, veterans, community mental health, bereavement, addiction and recovery, men’s issues, and remediating executive and professional assets.
